Small Beginnings ...

The founders of the business Mike and Rose Mary Lalonde have been providing top quality photographic services since 1977.   In 1982, they brought their business to Main Street by opening a wedding studio and gallery.  

As their little family grew, their daughters, Jessica and Cheryl joined the business bringing fresh ideas and concepts to an already well-established traditional art form.

In 1998, when digital photography was just beginning to crest the horizon, they realized that the world of photography was going to change forever, so their business began a new chapter through the use of digital technology.   Along with their team members, they brought Image Photography to a place of growth and prominence as one of the leading edge providers of digital wedding photography in the area.

Continued Growth ...

Digital photography not only changed the way images were captured, it changed the way images would be used in albums.   Image Photography was an early adapter of montage albums, commonly referred to today as coffee table albums.   Their talented graphic designer creates each album page individually resulting in a masterpiece of memories that will last a lifetime and beyond.

Adding Video ...

In 2004, Mike and Rose Mary decided to add video to the list of services they wanted to offer to couples.   Dissatisfied with standard fare wedding video, they found a new way to demonstrate their art form through cinematic video.   Tapping ideas from film and MTV, their video has taken on a new wedding day expression for a new generation of brides and grooms.

The Team ...

The business is comprised of four main photographers, two videographers, and a graphic designer. Their only goal is telling the story of the couple's special day through artistic, edgy, and journalistic photography and video.

Our reason for being in business ...

To watch a couple open their wedding album or view their video for the first time and re-live the precious memories from her wedding day is a truly rewarding experience.
